I want to give a big shout-out to one of the instructors for being an excellent teacher. She helps us learn Danish effectively and is very precise in her explanations. Unfortunately, I’ve also experienced that this school can be extremely frustrating. Returning your deposit for the kommune program depends not only on your performance but also on your participation. Sadly, the school has a non-functional app and the staff are not responsive, which makes the learning experience much harder. I recommend to use different school for kommune language program.

My experience with this language school has been extremely disappointing, despite having a good teacher. I understand that the recent transition from Clavis to A2B has caused organizational challenges, but the level of mismanagement I've experienced is unacceptable. After failing a portion of my exam, I was told by my teacher to expect an email or SMS within 2-3 weeks regarding a retest. This communication never arrived. After a month, I followed up at reception and was informed that a retest would be scheduled for early January. This was already problematic, as classes were scheduled to resume on January 6th. To my astonishment, on Saturday, January 4th, I received a notification stating I was absent for a module test on January 2nd. This notification was received after the supposed test date and just two days before classes resumed. This level of disorganization is frankly insulting. I intend to address this formally with the school on Monday. However, given this consistently poor service, I am seriously considering withdrawing from the program. The lack of communication and disregard for student time is simply unacceptable.

It's a wonderful experience. The teacher, Ellen was so nice and very inspiring. I have completed one module and looking forward to the higher module.
